How will my order by packaged?
The signed hardcover book is shipped using USPS Media Mail unless otherwise noted. The book is shipped in protective hardcover packaging designed to prevent damage to corners and spines. The CD is secured inside the book cover as originally produced.
Why is shipping limited to the United States?
Due to the cost, customs complexity, and risk of damage associated with international shipping of hardcover media, this release is currently available for U.S. shipping only. If international availability changes in the future, we will announce it to the mailing list, which you can sign up for via this website.
How long will it take to ship?
Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days of receipt. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed.
Can I cancel the order after it has been placed?
Because each book is hand-signed and part of a limited release, all purchases are final. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. Please review our Book Purchase Policy for complete details.
Are returns accepted?
Because this is a limited release and each copy is signed, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the damage. Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved. We will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.
How many copies are available?
A limited quantity remains from the final preserved author inventory. Once these copies are sold, no additional hardcover print runs are planned.
