Transfer & Cancellation Policy
We at David Morehouse Inc. promise to give you our very best always.
The Team at David Morehouse Inc. (DMI) wants you to know and understand our transfer and cancellation policy, as this subject is essential to you and us.
We recognize plans change or that other opportunities become available; sometimes, life happens, and we all have been there. For this reason, we want to make our process as straightforward to navigate and understand as possible.
We at Team DMI want you to be completely happy with the DMI experience and assist you in any way we can. We want to let the choice be yours.
To help simplify the process, here are some parameters. If you are unsure or unclear about the terms of this policy, please contact us at Team@DavidMorehouse.org.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- If you cannot attend the course you enrolled in, we will refund the total amount of your fee provided you inform us in writing 24 hours before the course starts at this email address (Team@DavidMorehouse.org).
Please note phone calls or leaving voicemail messages will not qualify you for a refund.
NO-SHOW POLICY:
- In fairness to all attendees, any confirmed participants who do not attend their scheduled course and do not notify Team DMI in writing forfeit the right to a refund.
- However, you will be allowed 90 days from your missed start date to contact Team DMI (Team@DavidMorehouse.org) to transfer to another course. If you do not contact Team DMI and transfer within those 90 days, you lose the opportunity to transfer, and you forfeit your course fee.
TRANSFER POLICY:
- Transfers are only permitted to the same level of training course, on a different date.
- If you wish to transfer your course to a different date, you must contact Team DMI in writing (Team@DavidMorehouse.org). We will be happy to assist you in finding a class date. If you have a date in mind, great; the Team will take care of the rest.
CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING BY DAVID MOREHOUSE INC.
- DMI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time for any reason; these include but are not limited to insufficient registrations, trainer unavailability, or if the trainer cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, technical difficulties, or force majeure.
- DMI is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages that occur due to a cancellation of a scheduled class.
- Please know, if DMI has to cancel a class for any reason all participants will be notified in writing (via email) as soon as possible. We know your schedule is important, and it is to us as well. If a course is affected under these conditions, DMI will happily refund your fees, or we will transfer you to a class date of your choosing.
NOTE: These are important points covered in the text above.
- Participants must email in writing to (Team@DavidMorehouse.org) all notifications of cancellation, transfer, or other requests.
- Cancellation notifications from phone calls or voicemails are not valid refund criteria.
- If you leave your course once it has begun for any reason, you are not eligible for a refund.
- If you have accessed the learning portal, participated in the classroom didactics, or downloaded any of the course material, you are not eligible for a refund. However, if you leave the course early, you are eligible to transfer if you choose by contacting Team DMI in writing (Team@DavidMorehouse.org) within 90 days of the start date of the course you were scheduled to attend.
- DMI will refund your account within 10-15 business days for any approved qualifying refund request.
- If you do not notify us in writing (Team@DavidMorehouse.org) about your cancellation or desire to transfer to another course or not attend the training, DMI will not offer a refund or the option to transfer.
DMI may modify its refund policy at any time, without notice, and for any reason. However, any issues arising over time will be addressed using the refund policy that was in effect when the participant registered and paid for the class.
